Slingshot Chili

1 c Slingshot Cold Brew Concentrate
3/4 lb. Ground Chuck (sub. @beyondmeat for vegetarian)
1/4 lb. Turkey Sausage (sub. sweet potatoes and/or carrots for vegetarian)
1 Chili Seasoning Packet
1 Large Yellow Sweet Onion
2 Medium Green Bell Peppers
1 can Kidney Beans
1 can Diced Tomatoes
Olive oil
Garlic (to taste)
Cumin (to taste)
Cayenne (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Brown chuck (Beyond Meat), turkey sausage (sweet potatoes), onion, bell peppers, and garlic with olive oil in a large pot like a Le Creuset. About 5 minutes in, add the Slingshot Cold Brew Concentrate and reduce it down for another 5-7 minutes. Then just dump everything else in the pot, bring to a slight boil, lower heat, and simmer for an hour. You’ll notice the Slingshot Cold Brew Concentrate gives it great depth of flavor. Top with sour cream, cheese, cilantro and done!

It’s not complicated, but that’s the point! Super good, super easy. It’s completely adaptable if you have more time (make your own custom chili spice blend!)... and it’s always better the next day.
